No. This is a fully live, interactive session. You’ll create your plan in real time. We want to make it a comfortable place for you and your peers to share and ask questions without concerns that a recording will be distributed broadly.
Is this only for people managers?
No. This is for anyone – individual contributors to Director level people managers - looking to grow their career in hybrid, remote, or geographically distributed work environments.
Why is the workshop 2 hours long?
You’ll learn tangible strategies that can save you hours of frustration trying to stay visible in a virtual environment. The 2 hours allows for time to complete the 5-step exercise and discuss insights from your plan so that you can apply the plan you created immediately to start seeing results. Many previous attendees of our 90 minute session have asked for the time to be extended.
What if I want more help to implement my plan after the workshop?
You will have everything you need to implement your plan at the end of the 2 hours. If you want additional coaching and advice from virtual leadership skills expert, Sacha Connor, you may purchase VIP 1:1 Coaching sessions as an add-on option when you buy your workshop ticket.
What are the workshop logistics?
It will be an interactive Zoom meeting with a small group of no more than 26 people. Your instructor will expect that your camera is on to better interact with the small group. However, if that's not possible for logistical reasons, we can be flexible. More details will be sent via email after registration.
What if I need to cancel?
Please check your calendar and make sure you can attend before registering. We understand that sometimes plans change. You can receive a 50% refund up until 14 days before the live workshop.
